2. What does Magnesium Cream do?
Topical magnesium may support:

Many customers use it as part of their nighttime routine.


3. Is Magnesium Cream good for PMS cramps?
Yes. Many customers apply Magnesium Cream to the lower abdomen during PMS or menstrual cramping because magnesium may help relax muscles — including the uterus — which can ease tension. 

Suggested use:

  • Massage a small amount over the lower abdomen and pelvis

  • Use 1–2 times daily, or as needed.


4. What’s the difference between topical magnesium and magnesium supplements?

5. Where should I apply it?
