What makes Bee Lunar skincare different?

We create small-batch skincare using beeswax, high-quality oils, and nourishing butters — not fillers, parabens, or junk ingredients. Every product is intentionally formulated to be effective, simple, and clean.


Why beeswax?

Beeswax forms a breathable protective barrier that seals in moisture without clogging pores. It’s naturally antibacterial and soothing, making it ideal for dry or irritated skin. Its also packed with Vitamin A, which is the derivative of Retinyl Palmitate - AKA Retinol.


Are your products natural and clean?

Yes. We use real, recognizable ingredients with a purpose — not chemical filler formulas.
If an ingredient doesn’t benefit your skin, we don’t use it.


Do you use essential oils or fragrance oils?

Both — depending on the product and the scent profile.

  • Our essential oils are pure and carefully selected for skin benefits, typically using the NOW brand.

  • Our fragrance oils are sourced from a reputable supplier and are paraben-free, phthalate-free, and toxin-free, meeting strict safety standards.

We never use cheap synthetic fragrances from unknown sources.


Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Our products are formulated to be gentle and moisturizing. Many customers with eczema, psoriasis, and sensitive skin use them successfully.
However, because everyone’s skin is unique, we recommend a patch test first.


Do your products contain water or preservatives?

Most of our products are oil and beeswax based and do not require preservatives because they do not contain water. Whenever we create something water-based, we use safe, skin-friendly, but also effective, preservatives — never parabens.


Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes — always. We never test on animals. Our beeswax is sourced responsibly from suppliers who value sustainability and bee health.


What is the shelf life of your products?

Typically 12–18 months when kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.


Can I use your products on children?

Many parents use our products on their children. Always review the ingredient list and check with a pediatrician if you have any concerns.


Do you ship orders?

Yes, we ship nationwide. You can order directly from our website.


Can I shop in person?

Absolutely.
We have a storefront located in downtown Fryeburg, Maine, featuring our entire product line along with handcrafted gifts from over 30 local artisans.


Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of skincare products, returns are not accepted. However, customer happiness is our priority — if something isn’t right, reach out and we’ll take care of you.


Can I try products before buying?

Yes — in-store we offer samples so you can test products on your skin before purchasing.
