We truly want you to love every product you purchase from us. Because our products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients, we have a few policies in place to ensure quality and safety.

All skincare products are final sale.
Due to the nature of personal care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Lotions, body butters, creams, oils, salves, lip balms, or any other skincare product

  • Bath and body products

  • Opened or used items

This ensures the integrity, safety, and freshness of our products for every customer.

Non-skincare items (such as artisan goods, dΓ©cor, jewelry, apparel, etc.) may be returned within 7 days for store credit if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in re-sellable condition

  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase


🌐 Online Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

🚫 We Cannot Accept Returns/Exchanges On:

  • Gift cards or digital products

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a return is approved (for eligible non-skincare items), customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
